En este taller practicaremos con herramientas claves para lograr ese objetivo, desde la biolog\u00eda hasta los efectos en la mente y esp\u00edritu. Recordemos que somos seres Espirituales evolucionando en consciencia a trav\u00e9s de una experiencia corporal .
